Tuition & Studio Policies

FALL 2025 - SUMMER 2026 SEASON

Tuition & REGISTRATION FEEs:

  • $40 Registration fee (per student) - This fee is charged with your first tuition payment upon registration (for both new and returning students) for our Fall 2025 - Summer 2026 season. All registration fees include x1 uniform per student (leotard for girls & t-shirt for boys in dance classes, and a t-shirt for Drama students).

  • 40/45 minute classes - $125 every x4 weeks (see tuition dates below)

  • 60/65 minutes classes - $140 every x4 weeks (see tuition dates below)

  • 75 minutes classes - $150 every x4 weeks (see tuition dates below)

  • Multi-class discounts (per student): $8 off your second class per student ; $10 off your third class per student. No sibling discounts.

Enrollment is ongoing cycle to cycle, unless we hear from you otherwise!

*Tuition will be charged automatically every 4th Sunday according to the cycles below.*

1. AUGUST 17th - AUGUST 30th (only 2 weeks)

2. AUGUST 31st - SEPTEMBER 27th

5. NOVEMBER 23rd - DECEMBER 20th

*CLOSED Sun 12/21 - Thurs 1/1 for Winter Break

5. JANUARY 3rd - JANUARY 24th

7. FEBRUARY 22nd - MARCH 21st

cancellation policy:

To cancel classes, we require that you please email us (info@bluestarzproductions.com) 2 weeks prior to the next tuition date so that we do not charge you, and so that we have time to fill your spot. Otherwise, your enrollment is ongoing cycle to cycle (from August 2024 - Aug 2025), and tuition will be automatically charged according to the schedule above.

Makeup Policy:

We offer makeup classes for any classes you may miss due to illness, vacation, etc! Please email us (info@bluestarzproductions.com) with your absence date, and your preferred makeup class & date, and we'll schedule it.

  • Makeups are only eligible for use while currently enrolled in class, and do not roll over season to season

  • Makeups cannot be used as credit towards tuition, and we do not prorate tuition or offer refunds for missed classes

  • You can schedule make-ups in advance if you know about absences ahead of time

    no sickness / symptoms Policy:

Please DO NOT send your child to class or camp if they are not feeling well, or are exhibiting any sort of symptoms (fever, cough, runny nose, chills, sore throat, muscle aches, etc.). Please Email us at info@bluestarzproductions.com to schedule a makeup class for a later date instead!

  • If your child has chronic or lingering symptoms, please email us a doctor’s note prior to your arrival that clearly states your child is NOT contagious and is cleared to attend class, camp, etc. Otherwise, any children with symptoms will be asked to go home out of an abundance of caution. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

  • If you, or anyone you have been in contact with, have been exposed to, or tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you please stay home and follow guidelines outlined by the CDC.
