Caroline began dancing at the early age of three in her hometown of Greenville, South Carolina. Her professional dance and teaching career began in 2007 when she joined Carolina Ballet Theatre as a company trainee and youth instructor. Caroline continued to dance professionally while earning a B.A. in Non-Profit Arts Management from the College of Charleston, and moved to New York in 2013 to further pursue her career. Caroline studied in Broadway Dance Center’s elite Professional Semester Program and trained with some of the industry’s most sought-out choreographers while in New York. Having developed a love for commercial dance, Caroline moved to Los Angeles in 2017 to broaden her career opportunities. Caroline has had the pleasure of working with music artists including Lele Pons, Ayo Jay, Chris Porter, Raymix and Mark B. She has appeared on television segments including NBC's Red Nose Day Danceathon, Good Morning America, and The Dr. Oz Show. Caroline is so happy to be in Los Angeles chasing her dreams and is excited to begin another year as part of the Blue Starz Team!

From the snowy slopes of Colorado Emily moved to Los Angeles in pursuit of her dreams here in the entertainment industry. After graduating from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, she signed with Go 2 Talent Agency. Along her way she has had the privilege to train with some of the industries most legendary and influential instructors. She had the honor to work for the Armenian Music Awards, Disney, Old Navy, Minnie Mouse Rock the Dots, Bare Minerals and the Scyfy network. In addition to her love of dancing Emily also found a passion in front of the camera and works as an actress and model as well. She has a profound teaching and choreographer’s reputation through the Four Corners region and competition circuit. Above anything else Emily wants to share her love of dancing and music with anyone she able to reach and so is thrilled to share her passion and expertise with those at Blue Starz.

Born and raised in Rhode Island, Dayle Embleton began her dance training at the age of 3. Through the years she has had extensive training in jazz, contemporary, ballet, tap, jazz funk, and hip hop. Upon graduation from AMDA College and Conservatory of The Performing Arts, Dayle signed with Go 2 Talent Agency and has worked on TV shows such as Nickelodeon’s “The Thundermans” and has been featured in music videos such as Todrick Hall's "Low" ft. Ru Paul. In addition to performing, Dayle has found a passion for choreography. She has presented her work at shows such as “Club Jete” and is assistant choreographer for the highly reputable Distinguished Young Women of America scholarship program. Dayle is currently a member of The “LA Follies” and greatly enjoys sharing her love for dance through performance on all platforms! Her goal at Blue Starz is for every child to feel understood, and have a safe space to share their individuality while simultaneously learning self discipline and important life skills that dance training uniquely provides.

Tara is an actress/singer/dancer, originally from Las Vegas, NV. She discovered her passion for dance and performing at 8 years old. She was a competitive dancer and won many national titles. She then graduated with a BFA in musical theatre from Syracuse University. Upon graduating, Tara moved to NYC where she performed as the title role in Angelina Ballerina the Holiday Musical Off Broadway. While in NYC, Tara also toured with the national tour of How The Grinch Stole Christmas. Other NY regional credits include Damn Yankees, The Music Man & The Lion, The Witch & the Wardrobe. Tara is now based in Los Angeles where she continues to perform both onstage and on camera. LA credits include Brooke in Legally Blonde & Graziella in West Side Story. Tara also danced in a commercial for Pepsi & recently finished starring in a web series. She also is an adjudicator for Starsystems & teaches at Turn it up Dance convention.

Jessica Margo was born and raised along the coast of Santa Cruz, CA. Since she was a little one she knew she would become a dancer. Training in ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, and contemporary, Jessica fell in love with dance instantly. She competed with a competitive studio, Pacific Arts Complex and attended many conventions with world renowned choreographers. Jessica has graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy with a professional certificate in dance where she broaden her educations with modern, broadway, heels, dancing for the camera, acting, and vocal coaching classes. At AMDA she performed in company shows and worked with Kyle McHargh and Nicole Berger in her Senior Showcase. After graduation she has had the amazing experience to work with different artists in both music videos and life shows, worked with Dana Wilson and Eplus productions, ABC Freeform, shot for Red Bull, and had the pleasure of choreographing LEADR’s music video, 11:11 which was featured in billboard. In addition to training and performing Jessica has a huge passion for teaching young children and high school age.

Bianca Scaglione is an accomplished dancer, singer, and actress from Los Angeles, California. Bianca started her dance training when she was just 2 years old, in styles including classical ballet, hip hop, jazz, contemporary, tap, and pointe work. Bianca has been a natural teacher since a young age, always wanting to choreograph with her friends and teach them ballet. She is currently a student at the American Musical Dramatic Academy earning her BFA in Dance Theatre. Most recently, Bianca traveled to New York City to study at the prestigious American Ballet Theater for a month under the instruction of Ethan Brown, Kate Lydon, and Harriet Clark. Bianca has studied and worked with many esteemed and respected teachers such as Ebony Haswell, Adam Parson, Doriana Sanchez, Louis Jones, Fresh Redding and Laura Quinn. When Bianca was only 16, one of her original songs, titled “It’s A Beautiful Day” got featured in the movie “The Sweeter Side of Life”. Bianca has trained and studied very hard her entire life pursuing her passion, and she believes that’s the key to success. Bianca hopes to inspire other artists and make people happy doing what she loves.

Alice has recently settled in LA after living and performing in London and all over the world. She trained at Central School of Ballet and Millennium performing Arts. Musical Theatre credits include, Singing In The Rain, Tommy the Musical, We Will Rock You, Grease, Carousel, The Music Man, Promises Promises, Beauty and the Beast, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, 42nd Street. She has also danced along side various British pop artists such as Steps, S Club 7 and Blue. Alice is proud to have performed in London's West End and all over the world dancing, singing and doing what she loves. She has always tried to teach as much as she can and loves passing on her knowledge and passions to the next generation.
